Honor, the global brand under Huawei launched the Honor 4X smartphone in India for Rs. 10,499 yesterday. This is the company's first budget 4G smartphone to launch in India. The Honor 4X has a 5.5-inch HD display, is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor with Adreno 306 GPU and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) with Emotion UI 3.0 on top. It has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, dual SIM support and 4G LTE connectivity on both the SIM cards, including support for 4G LTE bands (TDD B40 2300MHz and FDD B3 1800MHz) for India.
It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, packs 2GB RAM, 8GB of internal storage with expansion slot and a 3000mAh built-in battery, even though the back cover is removable. The smartphone will go on sale in the first flash sale on March 30th, Monday. ...

It has 5.5-inch 1080p display with 72.8% screen-to-body ratio and 2.8mm slim bezels on the sides, making it easy to hold. The display that is made by JDI looks good. It has a 8-megapixel front-facing camera.
On the back are two 8-megapixel cameras with dual LED flashes. Since two cameras can capture a better image with effective pixel size to 1.98 microns, the images are sharper. The software also lets you adjustable aperture from f/0.95 till f/16, which is quick. The back is made of glass and has small patterns.
It runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) with Emotion UI 3.0 on top. The theme on the phone looks like Android Lollipop, but it's actually KitKat. It is powered by an Octa-Core (4×1.8GHz Cortex A15 4×1.3GHz Cortex A7) Hisilicon Kirin 925 processor with Mali T628-MP4 GPU, has 3GB RAM, comes in 16GB or 32GB memory variants and also has a microSD expansion slot.

At IFA last year, Huawei's new Ascend Mate 7 flagship might have stolen the show but they also introduced the Ascend G7 smartphone which borrowed design inspiration from other flagship smartphones and aimed to deliver a solid experience without requiring a large initial outlay. At a cost of £150-£200 in the UK, the LTE-enabled Ascend G7 is a smartphone with mid-range specifications and a flagship design coupled in a package designed to be affordable for everyone.
On paper, the Ascend G7 offers mid-range specifications without a standout feature but how does the smartphone perform? Is it a mid-range device at a mid-range price with average performance or is it a flagship handset masquerading as a mid-range smartphone? Let's take a look and find out.
Hardware and Design
Huawei's latest entry-to-mid-range smartphone sports a 5.5 inch HD IPS display with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution which offers a pixel density of 267 pixels per inch. The IPS display boasts vibrant colours despite only offering 720p resolution and to the naked eye, it's very difficult to spot it has a lower resolution than other similar displays on the market.

From our time in China with Huawei, we already knew that an Android Wear smartwatch was in the works but when it was finally revealed, we realised that this wasn't your average Android Wear smartwatch.
Since the launch of the Huawei Watch, we've seen Apple reveal the pricing and styles of the Apple Watch - including the ridiculously expensive 18k gold version - and now we're hearing about the Huawei Watch's price. UK retailer Mobile Fun has opened pre-orders for the Huawei watch, with the silver and black versions costing £300 and the more-premium gold version costing £350.
The pricing is slightly more than German retailer, Billinger, who has listed the Huawei Watch at €349 (Rs.23000), with the gold version costing €50 more at €399 (Rs.26400). The bad news for our friends stateside is that the Chinese manufacturer hasn't confirmed any details of a US release but we have contacted the manufacturer to see whether there are any plans for a US launch.

Earlier this year Honor, the global brand under Huawei today announced at the MWC that it will launch the Honor 6 Plus smartphone and new 4G devices in India late March. Today the company has revealed that it will launch the Honor 6 Plus smartphone in India on March 24th. The smartphone was announced back in December last year and has an unique dual 8-megapixel cameras on the back with dual LED flashes for effective pixel size to 1.98 microns resulting in sharper images. It also has an adjustable aperture that can be set between f/0.95 and f/16.
It has a 5.5-inch 1080p screen with 72.8% screen-to-body ratio and 2.8mm slim bezels on the sides, is powered by a Octa-Core (4×1.8GHz + 4×1.3GHz) Hisilicon Kirin 925 processor with i3 low-power sensor.

Huawei recently announced an event on April 15, where it will unveil its flagship Ascend P8 smartphone. The company already confirmed the arrival of Ascend P8 in April. Now the smartphone has been certified on TENAA in several variants - HUAWEI ALE-TL00, HUAWEI GRA-UL00, HUAWEI GRA-UL10, HUAWEI GRA-CL10, HUAWEI GRA-TL00, HUAWEI GRA-CL00.
